Ms. Tsang, Chiu-Chun Jennifer

By Statement of Findings dated 17 July 2020, the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal found a complaint of misconduct against Ms Jennifer Tsang (“Ms Tsang”) to have been proved.  Further, by Orders dated 17 July 2020, the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, inter alia, that Ms. Tsang be censured for the misconduct as set out in the Complaint.

Mr. Wong, Kwai Sang (also known as Raymond Wong K.S. and Raymond Wong)

By a Decision on Liability dated 5 August 2019, the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal found two complaints of misconduct against Mr Wong Kwai Sang (also known as Raymond Wong K.S. and Raymond Wong) ("Mr Wong") to have been proved. By Reasons for Sentence dated 20 November 2019, the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, inter alia, that Mr Wong's name be struck off the Roll of Barristers with effect from 12 December 2019.

Mr. Sutherland, Mark Richard Charlton

By Statement of Findings dated 2 April 2019, the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal (“BDT”) found five complaints of misconduct against Mr Mark Richard Charlton Sutherland (“Mr Sutherland”) to have been proved. By Reasons for Sentence dated 18 July 2019 and Further Order dated 19 July 2019, the BDT ordered, inter alia, Mr Sutherland be suspended from practice as a barrister for a total period of 36 months, with effect from 9 August 2019.

Mr. Tibbo, Robert John Hugh (also known as Robert Tibbo)

By Statement of Findings dated 27 July 2017, the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal found three (3) complaints of professional misconduct against Mr. Robert John Hugh Tibbo (“Mr Tibbo”) to have been proved.  Further, by Reasons for Sentence on the same date, the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, inter alia. that Mr Tibbo be censured, and be advised as to conduct by the Chairman of the Bar Association, or his nominee.

Ms. Lai, Ody Morales Apostol

By a Statement of Findings dated 7 April 2016, a Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal found ten (10) complaints of professional misconduct against Ms. Lai, Ody Morales Apostol (“Lai”) to have been proved. Further, by Reasons for Sentence dated 26 September 2016, the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, inter alia. that Lai be suspended from practicing as a barrister for a period of 4 years from 26 September 2016.

Ms. Lim, Tin Tin Valerie

By a Statement of Findings dated 29 April 2014, a Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal found two (2) complaints of professional misconduct against Ms. Lim Tin Tin Valerie (“Lim”) to have been proved. Further, by Reasons for Sentence dated 7 November 2014, the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, inter alia. that Lim’s name be struck off the Roll of Barristers.
