The Hong Kong Bar Association has published a new book entitled Voices. The new book aims at promoting the rule of law and legal education to the public. The book covers a range of topics related to the rule of law and matters of public interest.
It brings together wide-ranging columns’ articles written in a personal capacity by 14 Senior Counsel and barristers.
