Bar Free Legal Service Scheme

The Hong Kong Bar Association is in the progress of re-distributing its resources, with an aim to provide more effective pro bono legal services to those in need.
With effect from 24 May 2024, the Bar Free Legal Service Scheme will stop receiving new applications until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
