Important Notices

  1. Please be reminded that there will be no cancellation or refund once the payment has been made.

  2. Please note that we only accept self-pickup order, no delivery service will be provided. You can collect your book(s) at Hong Kong Bar Association during office hours. Information is as follows:

    Pickup Location: Hong Kong Bar Association
    Address: LG2, High Court, 38 Queensway, Hong Kong

    Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm (except public holidays)

  3. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully made. Please note that you MUST present the printed order confirmation email for collection. You may authorise someone to collect your book(s) provided that he/she has the printed order confirmation email.

  4. Please bring your own bag.

  5. Please check the purchased book(s) carefully upon collection. No request for exchange will be accepted after acknowledgement of receipt is signed upon collection.

  6. If you do not collect your book(s) within 30 calendar days after the date of dispatch of the order confirmation email, we may dispose of the unclaimed purchased items in any way without any obligation or liability to you.

  7. In case of any dispute, the decision of Hong Kong Bar Association shall be final.

  1. 當付款完成後，恕不接受取消或退款。

  2. 請注意，我們僅接受自取訂單，並不提供送貨服務。請在辦公時間內於香港大律師公會領取你的書籍。資料如下:

    自取地點：香港大律師公會
    地址：香港金鐘道三十八號高等法院低層二樓

    辦公時間：
    星期一至星期五，上午 9 時正至下午 5 時半 (公眾假期除外)

    如有任何查詢，請通過電郵聯繫我們：info@hkba.org

  3. 當訂單完成後，你將收到訂單確認電郵。請注意，你必須預先列印好並出示該電郵以便取貨。你可以授權他人代為領取，獲授權人亦須出示列印好的訂單確認電郵方可代領。

  4. 請自備購物袋。

  5. 取貨時，請仔細檢查已購書籍。一經簽收，恕不退換。

  6. 如果你在訂單確認電郵發出後 30 天內未能領取書籍，我們可能會以任何方式處置未被領取的書籍而無須向你承擔任何義務或責任。

  7. 如有任何爭議，香港大律師公會有最終決定權。
