Re-appointment
of the Secretary for Justice
The Bar notes the announcement
of re-appointment of the Secretary for Justice for another
two years which had been expected for some time. The Bar
hopes the legal community and the Secretary for Justice
would draw from the experience of the past 3 years and
do their utmost to uphold the Rule of Law and the spirit
and intent of the Basic Law. With renewed determination
and commitment, we are confident that our endeavours will
be justly rewarded.
