CONSEQUENTIAL amendments to the Code Of Conduct
subsequent to addition of Annex 19D

Further to the Bar Circular no. 127/04, please note that there will be consequential amendments to the Code of Conduct with immediate effect as follows:

Paragraph 50(b)
"Subject to the Direct Professional Access Rules set out in Annex 19, Annex 19A, Annex 19B, and Annex 19C (Circular No. 109/00) and Annex 19D, a barrister may accept instructions from a member of … in accordance with the Direct Professional Access Rules."
