Interest On Judgment Debt

The Chief Justice has ordered that the rate of interest on judgment debts in the High Court and District Court shall remain at 8% per annum.

Quarterly Assignment Statistics

The Legal Aid Department has sent a copy of the quarterly assignment statistics of legal aid cases (January to September 2004) to the Legal Aid Practitioners’ Liaison Committee. Members who are interested to view them will find the same on the Notice Board at the Bar Secretariat, LG2, High Court.
