The Chief Justice has ordered that the rate of interest on judgment debts in the High Court and District Court shall remain at 8% per annum.

TOWN PLANNING BOARD
Please be informed that the Bar Council has received the following sets of
documents which have been endorsed by the Town Planning Board (TPB):
A. Technical Note on the Submission and Implementation of Landscape Proposals
for Compliance with Conditions for Approved Application for Open Storage and
Port Back-up Uses under Section 16 of the Town Planning Ordinance; and
B. Revised Guidance Notes on application for Permission for Temporary Open
Storage and Port Back-up Uses under Section 16 of the Town Planning Ordinance.
The above documents are available for public inspection at the TPB's website at http://www.info.gov.hk/tpb as well as the Planning Department Planning Enquiry Counter on 17/F, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, Hong Kong.
