APPOINTMENT OF SENIOR COUNSEL FOR 2004

Please be informed that the Chief Justice's office has announced that the admission ceremony for the new Senior Counsel for this year will be held on 15th May 2004 (Saturday) at 10:00 a.m. in Court No. 7, 5/F of the High Court.

The Honourable Chief Justice Andrew Li is pleased to announce the appointment of five Senior Counsel of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The successful applicants are Mr. Horace Wong Yuk Lun, Mr. Eric Kwok Tung Ming, Mr. Peter Ng Kar Fai, Mr. Anderson Chow Ka Ming and Mr. Peter Norman Duncan.

The Bar offers its warm congratulations to the new appointees. The Chief Justice has asked that as many Senior Counsel as possible should attend and be robed. Members are encouraged to attend the ceremony and are asked to robe.
