ADDITION OF CASE TYPE IN THE HIGH COURT
The Judiciary Administrator has written to inform that the Chief Judge of the High Court has approved on 3 March 2004 and 8 March 2004 the addition of the following case types:-
High Court
1. Estate Duty Appeal (HCED) - appeals from Commissioner for Estate Duty to
the High Court and
2. Intended Action (HCZZ) - applications by a party who intends to commence
an action.
The revised Appendix B (version 9) is enclosed herewith for your attention.
