INTEREST ON JUDGMENT DEBT
The Chief Justice has ordered that the rate of interest on judgment debts in the High Court and District Court shall remain at 8% per annum.

WORLD BAR CONFERENCE
12 - 14 APRIL 2004, CAPE TOWN

will be held in Cape Town from 12 - 14 April 2004.
This three-day Conference features various topics such as "Law and War
in the new world order"; or "Human Rights and the rule of law in Africa"
or "The road from Nuremberg: international terrorism and international
criminal justice" and many more.
