the Council, Chairman or Hon. Sec.
have matters to draw to members'
attention.
Members are expected
to be conversant with their contents.
Amendments and additions to the
Code
of Conduct are published to
the Bar by means of the Circulars
pursuant to paragraph 2 of the Code.

are generally public and can be
